Conditions of Booking - Treworra Barton Cottages

Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of booking form and 25% deposit.

The balance is due 1 month prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling charge of £25.00 per cottage. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The cottages are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.

GUEST NUMBERS
The number of people occupying a cottage must not exceed the number stated without written approval from Treworra Barton.

PETS
We regret that we are unable to accept pets.

GROUPS
We do not normally accept same sex groups or groups where the majority are under 21 years.

CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES
The cottages should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.

In the unlikely event of your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g. fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

The use of accommodation and amenities including the gardens and grounds is entirely at the Hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.

Non Smoking – All our cottages are Non Smoking and we ask that you do not smoke in the cottages.
